Wild Bill’s Body Recomposition – 1 Year Later – Week 6 Results
Welcome to (1 year later) Week 6 of my body recomposition project. In week 5, I started Insanity 60-Day Total-Body Conditioning Program and after 3 days of Insanity my calf and upper leg muscles cried, “No! You have to stop this Insanity.” I don’t intend to stop until I reach my goal weight of 215 lbs, but I did put Insanity on hold until tonight. I am will start Insanity over tonight and hopefully I’m not as sore and can finish the entire 30 days without needing to restart again. Pray, cross your fingers, whatever support you can give me. I’m hitting this goal no matter what.
I had a brilliant idea, why don’t I take a picture of what the scale reads so everyone can see the proof of my weight loss. I’m so happy, I’ll be at my goal weight in no time.
Now to the good stuff how much weight have I lost…
When I started on 2/25/2011 I weighted in at 255.2 lbs. On 2/02/2012 when I decided it was time to get back on track weighted in at 265 lbs. On 2/02/2012 I had reached my all time highest weight. I have spent the last 2 months changing my eating habits, walking daily, and completely changing my life. I am extremely happy and excited to report to you that in 6 weeks I have lost (trumpets sound) 34.8 lbs!
That’s a loss of 34.8 lbs in 6 weeks!!! At the end of week 5 I weighed 236.2 lbs I just weighed in at 230.2 lbs. I have lost so much that I have to wear suspenders to keep up my size 38 waist pants.
