Wild Bill’s Body Recomposition Week 4 Results

Welcome to Week 4 of my body recomposition project. I can’t seem to get rid of my back pain and my spine is sort of crooked this week. I am on a week-long cruise this week (make sure to see series On Vacation with Wild Bill) I can’t do the full body muscle-building workouts that I want to do now, however I will start doing arm and lower leg weight lifting this week.

Now to the good stuff how much weight have I lost…

I missed meals again this week, but stayed on diet. I’m doing great and still losing the weight. Once again I did not loss as much as I did the first week, however I gained some muscle. When I started on 2/25/2011 I weighted in at 255.2 lbs. On 3/27/2011 I weighted in at (guitar solo please) 238 lbs. That’s a loss of 17.2 lbs in four weeks!!! WOOM. Also I have lost a total of 6 inches in fatness.

In the weeks to come I will be posting pictures of the food that I eat along with some of the recipes I use to make the meals taste better. Hopefully my back will cooperate and I will begin to pack on the muscle soon.
